Dr. Jorge Y. Carcamo D.M.D.

     Jorge Y. Carcamo, DMD has been practicing at Carcamo Dental Centre, LLC since 1986.  Dr. Carcamo is a graduate of Rugters School of Dental Medicine and specializes in taking care of the dental needs of your entire family.

     Dr. Carcamo enjoys providing the best dental services that modern technology enables; highlights of these services include cosmetic fillings, porcelain crowns, Invisalign, prosthetic restoration, treating periodontal disease, endodontics, and general surgery.  He utilizes the latest techniques in teeth whitening. In 2007, Dr. Carcamo received a certification in advanced bone grafting surgery from UMDNJ.  He has attended Albert Einstein  College of Medicine's advanced periodontal program where he received a certificate in advanced periodontal therapy.  Dr. Carcamo was certified by The United States Dental Institute post graduate program in orthodontics and is also an Invisalign Preferred Provider.

     The doctor is an active member of the American Dental Association, The New Jersey Dental Association, and the Hudson County Dental Society. In 1995-1996, Dr. Carcamo held the Presidency of Hudson Dental Society and later chaired the Peer Review Committe for 8 years. Currently, he is an active member of the Hudson County Peer Review. He frequently visits local schools and health fairs to educate children on the importance of dental hygiene.

      Dr. Carcamo volunteers with the Red Cross and he is certified to teach CPR courses.

In his spare time, Dr. Carcamo enjoys camping and he is Assistant Scoutmaster, and merit badge counselor of BSA Troop 21 and has earned the Wood Badge.  

     Dr. Carcamo is married and has two children.
